Upgrade Your Sleep Game

Good sleep isn’t a luxury—it’s a foundation. When your rest is disrupted or irregular, it doesn’t just impact energy. It throws off your hormones, mood, memory, and even your immune system.

One way to reclaim rest is by building a wind-down routine. This doesn’t have to be elaborate—just consistent. Power down screens 30 to 60 minutes before bed and try swapping your nightly scroll for something restorative: journaling, reading, or simply sitting with your breath. By signaling to your brain that it’s time to slow down, you’ll fall asleep more easily and sleep more deeply.

Many of us treat sleep like an afterthought when it should be part of how we care for our whole selves. Your mind and body do their best repair work while you rest—so give yourself permission to prioritize it.

Bonus Challenge:
Aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night this week. Track how you feel each morning, and see what changes when rest becomes part of your wellness routine.
