12 Jan Forward is… Still Forward
The power of small steps is something we often overlook as we set our goals and New Year resolutions. We sometimes focus on our big aspirations – and sometimes miss the opportunity to take time to recognize the significance of the smaller victories in our lives. Yet, every stride, every minor achievement, contributes to the larger journey forward and towards our health, happiness and overall well-being. Acknowledging that we’re going forward…no matter how big or small…is still forward gives us strength, hope and determination.
